Which legal entity operates the service
Reine Fondange is a trading name of the entity that owns and maintains this website and the connected client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Given that organisational structures, company registration details and operational arrangements are subject to change, we intentionally do not publish them as permanent content on this marketing section. Our client agreement and accompanying documentation package represent the definitive reference; if discrepancies exist between this page and those documents, the documents take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain operations - server infrastructure, payment handling, market information, identity verification systems - are performed by specialist external service providers acting under formal contracts. Details regarding the categories of providers we engage with, and the manner in which your personal information is processed by them, are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
In instances where a jurisdiction mandates more onerous local standards than outlined above, clients based in that jurisdiction must comply with the more stringent standard.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts can be established by inhabitants of nations identified as authorised in the account registration process. Where your nation appears on that list and you successfully complete verification, you may continue. Should your nation not be listed, access to the service is unavailable.
Where the service is not offered
- Nations and regions subject to applicable international sanctions or trade restrictions.
- Legal jurisdictions where distribution of this category of service to non-professional investors demands local licensing that we do not possess.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Steps for obtaining regulatory and corporate documentation
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
- An outline of our anti-money laundering and client-vetting protocols.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Enter "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject.
- 02
Identify yourself
Indicate whether you are an active client (providing the account email) or prospective client, and specify which documents are required.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and label it "Compliance". Supply the account email if you maintain an existing account, and provide a brief one or two sentence explanation of your enquiry.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Follow the same procedure and label the email "Complaint". You will get a confirmation, case reference and estimated timeline for our substantive response. Should the resolution not settle the issue, we will outline the additional escalation paths open to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Reine Fondange in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Do we handle institutional and media requests through this channel?
Yes - direct them via the contact page using an informative subject line and we will forward them to the appropriate department.
